Just a quick note to once again say thank you for all the help you afforded my family and I with our aging parents. We absolutely had no idea where to turn or what steps to take to assure that we were getting them the very best care and to know how that care could be paid for.
Obviously, cost is such a major factor today, but you knew all the options and how to guide us thru the process. We would have been lost without you and your staffs assistance.
